Be 18 years or older

Live on the north-eastern side of Sydney in one of the following 11 local council areas located within the D.A.R.T.S boundaries: Hornsby, Hunter’s Hill, Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove, Manly, Mosman, North Sydney, Pittwater, Ryde, Warringah, Willoughby.

Live in your own home (or in your carer’s home). NB Exceptions are made for people under 65 years of age who are living in a Nursing Home or other supported accommodation and who use wheelchairs.
